Just a quick thank you for all your help in assisting me to realise the style of service I wished for my Mum.

Every detail was impeccable from the supportive White Lady representatives, Heather who spoke beautifully and Guy at Reflections for the wonderful visual tribute and Order of Service booklet.

Wow, yesterday was a very emotional day.

The booklets were great Guy thanks so much for turning those around so quickly the photos were great.

Eva your team were amazing , I want to personally thank you for all that you have done . You have been amazing the whole way through what is nothing less than a roller coaster ride, once your loved one has passed.

Liz you did such a good job. We had comments from all parts about what a lovely personal touch you gave it.

I know Suz would be smiling up above with that service and some of the stories shared and the photo slide presentation was just great.
